Interestingly, we all naturally enter hypnotic states throughout the day without even realizing it. The moments just before falling asleep or waking up, deep states of meditation, intense focus while learning something new, or being so immersed in an activity that you lose track of time—these are all forms of self-hypnosis. Yes! From all the sessions I've done with clients both online and in person, I’ve found no difference in effectiveness. Hypnotherapy and other healing techniques work just as powerfully through a screen as they do in the same room. Before your session, you'll receive simple guidelines to ensure a smooth experience—like setting up your camera so I can see you clearly, putting headphones so the experience is more immersive and choosing a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
In fact, online sessions come with unique benefits. Being in your own home can help you feel more at ease, and the positive shifts you experience during the session can become naturally integrated into your everyday environment.
If an internet issue occurs while you are in a state of hypnosis, there is nothing to worry about. You will naturally come out of the hypnotic state on your own, the same way you would naturally wake up f even without the buzz of an alarm clock.
It’s difficult to say exactly how many sessions you’ll need without understanding your specific situation, the issue we’re addressing, and how you respond to the process. Some people experience noticeable shifts in just one or two sessions, while deeper or more complex challenges may require more time.
Ultimately, it depends on your readiness to engage in the work.
