Who is Liv Hiam?
She/Them
Hypnotherapist, NLP & EFT Master Practitioner, Author, Queer, Auto-Entrepreneur, Artist, Digital Nomad, Yogi & Eternal Child.
Born in a franco-british family, since the age of 8 months old she has moved countries, and traveled around the world (Taiwain, France, India, Singapore, the UK, Australia, Mexico...). Those experiences of a multi-faceted living, world-views, belief systems, and cultures forged an intuitive open Mind & Soul in search for both inner & existential truths:
Who am I?
What is Gender, what's gender's link to Identity, if any?
How to live a life of purpose that is led by joy, love rather than fear, survival, and suffering?
What are higher states of consciousness and how does one authentically and naturally access them?
How do I define myself if I am not the hurts and stories from the past?
Is there a universal truth across borders, beyond cultures, beyond personal identity?
She, first, initiated those searches in a conventionally western way: studying interpersonal dynamics and the Psyche in one of the best universities worldwide. Yet, the struggles didn’t stop: identity crisis, depression, feelings of not belonging, never being good enough, substance abuse, co-dependency, trauma-bonding, suicidal idiation... Unconscious programmings running her life. Constantly searching outside for what could 'fix' what was ignored inside.
What Changed?
Instead of continuously running away from who she was, constantly rejecting parts of herself, she made the scariest decision of all: face herself. This was possible through shadow work, meditation practice, Hypnotherapy, embodiment practices and cracking her heart open with the plant medicine Cacao. It hasn't been an easy journey, as one once opens pandora's box, not only you will experience more of the light, joy, peace & inner Stillness, you also experience more of the fears, the anger, the sadness, the shame... But, it was only with learning to hold space for herself, actively listen and be Present with ALL that she was that she find her way back Home to Self. Remember her unique answers. Experience true Unconditional Love.

in Consciousness.
I am Now committed to the ever unfolding current of Life, so that I continue to learn.
Continue to be enriched by the human experience. Further gain specialisation in providing the space for anyone who may be in need to find their own sense of Purpose, Belonging, Deep Inner Love, Abundance and Freedom in all aspects of their lives.
